Guiding You Through A Sleep Action Plan
Provide guidance in establishing a developmentally appropriate sleep schedule.
Set up healthy sleep routines for both naps and bedtime.
Assess sleep environment for safety and make sure it is conducive for restorative sleep.
Collaboratively create a plan of action with parents to reach sleep goals, aligned with parental beliefs and preferences.
Coach parents in how to teach their child self-soothing skills.
Provide parents with daily support for a two week period (or sometimes longer) while you implement the plan.

We will conduct a 60 minute phone consultation to discuss your options and develop a plan which will work for your family to help correct challenging sleep behaviors in your child, in a way that reflects your family’s philosophies and comfort level.
Two weeks of unlimited coaching support (e-mails, texts and phone calls) while you implement your sleep plan.

Peaceful Virtual "In Home" Sleep Consultation Package
4 months- 5 years old
We will come to your home virtually for an 80 minute in-home consultation to discuss your options and develop a plan which will work for your family to help correct challenging sleep behaviors in your child, in a way that reflects your family’s philosophies and comfort level.
Assessment of your child’s sleeping environment with recommendations to encourage better sleep.
Two weeks of unlimited coaching support (e-mails, texts, phone calls) while you implement your sleep plan.

Peaceful Newborn/ Expectant Parent Package- Birth-4 months
We will conduct a 60 minute phone consultation for expectant or newborn parents, helping guide you through what to expect in your child’s sleep for the first four months of life.
Four follow up e-mails and two follow up 15 minute calls to be used any time in the first year!
This makes an excellent baby shower gift.

I am a licensed professional counselor, licensed mental health counselor, certified early childhood education/ special education teacher (birth to second grade) and certified child sleep consultant. When I became a parent in 2014, I realized my true passion to help children and families struggling with sleep issues.
I love working with babies, children and parents on various sleep challenges in my private sleep coaching practice, Peaceful Sleep Consulting. I also am equally passionate about helping parents, working through various struggles (personally and as a family) as a mental health counselor.
